DESCRIPTION: This training is required for sober house owners/operators and house managers in order to become a certified sober home in Massachusetts. This training covers essential information for operating a sober house according to the MASH standard that is required for certification in Massachusetts. Participants are engaged in an interactive overview of specific standards, leadership qualities, and ethical parameters. Samples of operational policies and procedures are provided.
